If you
still haven't found your "sea legs" from the cross-channel trip,
here's an opportunity to sway you a little bit more. Ride the range of
Avalon's equestrian trails in a style that would make Zane Grey proud. This
stable of seahorses offers introductory, scenic and skyline trail rides
ranging from 30 minutes to two hours in duration. Both beginner and more
experienced saddle tramps can be accommodated. They don't allow video
cameras on horseback so be sure to pack a regular camera in your kit.
Walk-in reservations are required, and you must not tip the Toledo at more
than 200. Be sure to wear long pants and closed- toe shoes. You'll be
meandering along paths that skirt the golf course, through pastures
overlooking the Casino, and capturing forever vistas of the mainland
coastline. Secluded woodland trails and the pristine island hillsides
