 His name was Peter Damm. You've
probably never heard of him until now, but he lived in Glendale up on a
hill and invented little things like the Armored Car. Way back in 1929 he
also built an incredibly beautiful Mediterranean mansion and designed it in
such a way as to pioneer the maximum use of solar energy and light. The
private residence lies at the bottom of a steep and narrow canyon drive,
