Dracula's tomb is not hidden away in far off Transylvania. It's open for
business in an unassuming storefront in the South Bay. Owner Joe Ferrelli
has assembled the most infamous collection of science fiction, classic
horror and movie monsters to hit the beach since Annette and Frankie stayed
out past curfew. Collectible toys, PEZ dispensers, vintage Halloween
costumes, resin kits and the venerated polystyrene icons are all parts of
this collection. The creep show is flanked by a frighteningly impressive stock
of contemporary comic books, graphic novels and source books. Superheroes
from the Wonder Bread generation are outnumbered here by the dank ranks of
gothic and netherworld figures that got comics banned in the '50s.
