Toll House
Local architectural gem.

Glendale's
largest and finest example of the California Bungalow style of architecture
resides in casual splendor behind a low-key gated entry. Originally built
in 1912 for early prominent Glendale citizens Charles and Eleanor Toll, it
was the center of many civic and cultural activities and education. The
maintenance of the home and grounds appears so meticulous you'd expect a
Disney logo somewhere. Think turn-of-the-century Main Street America and
you'll be right at home. -- WEBSITE-TO-GO!
